耐普蓄电池安装放置柜结构要求:
1)屏、柜结构应牢固,应能承受运输和正常使用条件下可能遇到的机械、电气、热应力以及潮湿的影响;
2)所有黑色金属件均应有可靠的防护层,各紧固处皆需有防松装置;
3)屏、柜体表面应平整,无凹凸现象,油漆颜色应均匀一致,漆面整洁美观,不得有起泡、裂缝和流痕等现象;
4)屏、柜上应有与地基固定的安装孔,安装尺寸应符合制造图纸的要求,顶部应加装吊环或吊钩;
5)屏、柜的门应能在不小于90°的角度内灵活启闭;
6)柜内各元器件在额定负载下长期运行时,其各部位的温升均不得超过DL/T459-2000标准第5.8条之规定。所有屏、柜应采用自然冷却方式;
7)所有屏柜至少有20%的自由空间和20%的备用端子,以备将来扩展。
Structure requirements for the installation and placement of the battery:
1) The structure of the screen and cabinet should be firm and able to withstand the influence of mechanical, electrical, thermal stress and humidity that may be encountered under transportation and normal use conditions;
2) All ferrous metal parts shall have a reliable protective layer, and each fastening place shall have a loose-proof device;
3) The surface of the screen and cabinet should be smooth without concave and convex phenomena, the paint color should be uniform, the paint surface should be clean and beautiful, and there should be no bubbles, cracks and flow marks and other phenomena;
4) There should be mounting holes fixed with the foundation on the screen and cabinet, and the mounting size should meet the requirements of the manufacturing drawings. Hoisting rings or hooks should be installed on the top;
5) The door of the screen and cabinet should be able to open and close flexibly within an Angle of no less than 90°;
6) When the components in the cabinet run for a long time under rated load, the temperature rise of each part shall not exceed the provisions of Article 5.8 of DL/T459-2000 standard. All screens and cabinets should adopt natural cooling mode;
7) All cabinets shall have at least 20% free space and 20% spare terminals for future expansion.
